PRIVACY POLICY

When you use the Quality Setu (App), some personal information is collected from and about you. We are committed to protecting the security of this information and safeguarding your privacy. This privacy policy sets out the details of the personal information collected, the manner in which it collected, by whom as well as the purposes for which it is used. At registration you accepted the terms of this Privacy Policy and your use of the App signifies your continued acceptance thereof. This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time and you will be notified of all such changes.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND MANNER OF COLLECTION
  • (a) When you register on the App, information is collected from you and stored securely on a server operated and managed by the QCI IT Team ( Server). The following information may be entered manually ( Registration Information) (i) name; (ii) phone number; (iii) address; (iv) photo (v) gender (vi) date of birth (vii) details of complaints. 
  • (b) This information will be stored on the Server and a unique digital id ( DiD) will be pushed to your App. The DiD will thereafter be used to identify you in all subsequent App related transactions.
  • (c) No personal information other than those mentioned above will be collected from you by the App.
2. DATA SOURCE:

The documents and information displayed in the app and website are for reference purposes only and do not purport to be legal documents. QCI does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within these. QCI may make changes to the contents, or to the information described therein, at any time without any notice. QCI makes no commitment to update the contents on it’s website. In case of any variance between what has been stated and that contained in the relevant Act, Rules, Regulations, Policy Statements etc, the later shall prevail. Commercial use of web contents is prohibited without the written permission of the Department.

Certain links on the website lead to resources located on other websites maintained by third parties over whom QCI has no control or connection. These websites are external to QCI and by visiting these you are outside the QCI website and its channels. QCI neither endorses in any way nor offers any judgment or warranty and accepts no responsibility or liability for the authenticity, availability of any of the goods or services or for any damage, loss or harm, direct or consequential or any violation of local or international laws that may be incurred by your visiting and transacting on these websites.

We accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information. All information in this site is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or of the results obtained from the use of this information, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing herein shall to any extent substitute for the independent investigations and the sound technical and business judgment of the reader. Laws and regulations are continually changing, and can be interpreted only in light of particular factual situations.

  • The Hospital information is sourced from https://nabh.co/. This is as per the information provided by NABH (NATIONAL ACCREDITATION BOARD FOR HOSPITALS & HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS).
  • The Laboratory information is sourced from https://nabl-india.org/. This is as per the information provided by NABL (NATIONAL ACCREDITATION BOARD FOR TESTING & CALIBRATION LABORATORIES).
  • The School information is sourced from https://nabet.qci.org.in/. This is as per the information provided by NABET (NATIONAL ACCREDITATION BOARD FOR EDUCATION AND TRAINING).
3. USE OF INFORMATION
  • (a) The personal information collected from you under Clause 1 above, will be used to create a profile for you. It may be used to resolve your queries and concerns raised by you.
  • (b) The information collected under Clause 1 will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned in this Clause.
4. RETENTION

All personal information collected from you under Clause 1 will be retained for as long as your account remains in existence.

5. RIGHTS
  • (a) As a registered user, you have the right to access your profile at any time to add or modify specific Registration Information that you have supplied.
  • (b) If you no longer wish to use the App, you are free to delete the App. Please note that deleting the app will delete all the information stored on your phone but will not delete any information stored on the Server. If you wish to delete the information about you that is stored on the Server, you will have to cancel your registration first. Once you confirm that you want to cancel the registration, all the information provided by you under Clause 1 will be deleted immediately.
6. DATA SECURITY

The App is equipped with standard security features to protect the confidentiality and security of your information. Data is encrypted in transit as well as at rest. Personal information provided at the time of registration is encrypted before being uploaded to the cloud where it is stored in a secure encrypted Server. Personal information that is stored in the Apps of other registered users that you come in contact with is securely encrypted and are incapable of being accessed by such user.

7. DISCLOSURES AND TRANSFER

Save as otherwise set out in Clause 2 above with respect to information provided to job providers or job contractor, no personal information collected by the App will be disclosed or transferred to any third party.
